Rental requirements:
Tenant(s) must have a minimum credit score of 600 with less than 3 delinquent accounts. No bankruptcy, unlawful detainers, or evictions on record allowed. 2 years minimum rental history & income history required.

The combined gross income of all applicants must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent.

Smoking of any substance is prohibited in the unit.

Renter’s insurance is required which includes liability to landlord insurance. Tenant(s) will be charged $15 per month if they do not maintain renter’s insurance.

There is a non-refundable $50.00 application processing fee.

Full security deposit due within 24 hours of approval.
