Ground level apartment in the back of the house. It is a detached garage converted into a mini-house. 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom.
This back house has its own AC Unit, water heater, central heating and air conditioning, and hookups for a stackable washerdryer!

Rent is $1000 per month, deposit is $1000. Renter's insurance is required. Tenant pays electric with Indiana Michigan Power.

Tenant must have a clean background check with no criminal record in the last 3 years. Tenant must have proof of income - at least 3x the rent ($3000 per month - $2800 minimum)

$45 application fee / background check that will show us credit score and criminal record. We take the safety of our tenants very seriously, so there are no exceptions to having a clean record. This application process is done online through turbotenant. $45 is taken off the first month's rent.

We are not allowing pets at this time.
