One room available for rent in a comfy 2-bedroom townhome located in SE Raleigh. This 13' x 11' room is located on the 2nd with a full bathroom next door. The room has a ceiling fan and a decent sized closet. You will also have extra storage in the linen closet located between your room and the bathroom. The shared common areas consist of a full kitchen, Livingroom, half bath and semi-private patio on the back. Current tenant is female and we are looking for another female to occupy the 2nd room. Dogs are welcome but is limited to one. A small breed dog is preferred but not mandatory. There is one assigned parking spot located directly in front of the townhome. The second parking spot will be in the visitor area. First come first serve with the front door parking. Rent includes wifi and utilities.

Current tenant is a 28 year old female who works in assembly and her hobbies are anything art, painting and jewelry making.
