Our 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom apartments are 890 sq ft with an open floor plan featuring a spacious living room, dinette area, and kitchen with ample cabinet space, full sized refrigerator, oven/stove, and dishwasher. Each bedroom has 2 closets with small organizers, a built-in computer desk, and small bookshelf! University Court also has a clubhouse with foosball and billiard table that can be reserved by our residents for private events. The centralized on-site laundry facility is equipped with 12 quarter operated washers and dryers and is accessible 24 hours a day to residents. We also offer free parking for both residents and guests. Pets 1+ yr old are welcome (max 2) with approved pet application and non refundable pet fee of $500 per approved pet.
