2 bed 2 bath apartment, 950 sqft. This unit is about a 5 minute drive away from the University of Utah and only 2 blocks away from the Trax if you'd rather use that for transportation. It's newly renovated and has an updated in-house washer/dryer unit, granite countertops, fully furnished family room, fully functional AC/heating, and high-speed wifi. Rent does not include utitlites, and you would be paying for 1/2 of the utilites each month. Off-street parking, however, is included in the monthly rent price and you would get one parking pass. Looking for a female roomate. I'm a clean person and am looking for someone who is also good at keeping the common areas clean (like the kitchen and family room). There is an outdoor storage closet next to the front door we'd share, as well as a deck/balcony area. Outdoor pool is available for use at the apartment complex and there is an indoor mail room that you can ship packages to as well. The lease would last for 6 months and can be renewed.
