Each apartment has 1 assigned parking space that is included with your apartment and is located near your apartment. This is an upstairs apartment so you will have stairs in the front common hallway as well as the back entrance.
North Decatur Gardens is located so close to many things such as Downtown Decatur which is less than a mile down Church Street. You will find many pubs, restaurants, fast food, grocery store, many breweries & bank centers. During the summer months City of Decatur will have many festivals such as the beer festivals, beach on the square, BBQ festivals and so much more!
We do require a complete application to get your credit, rental history and background check. Residents do complete a written application, present most recent pay stub or income verification and pays $300 refundable deposit $100 application fee $100 administration fee. That's the only funds needed with a completed Great application.
