This home requires a two-step application process. Prospects will first apply with Compass Property Management Group, whose application requirements can be found at www.compasspmg.com. The prospects then must be approved by CFPR. Applications can take 7-14 business days to complete both applications.

CFRP Properties require all funds to be paid electronic through the CFRP Portal. All maintenance requests will be sent to CPMG. There is a sixty (60) move-out notice requirement. There is a $25.00 admin fee applied after each lease renewal is signed.
