We ask that eviction histories be clean, and credit scores be no less than 600. Income should be 2.5 times the monthly rent. Upon signing your 12-month lease, we will require first month's rent as well as security deposit. We are pet friendly, with limitations, and charge a nonrefundable pet deposit.
