1237 WEST is an all-student housing facility affiliated with DePaul University. 1237 WEST is located immediately adjacent to the Lincoln Park campus (next door to the new Theatre School). The building offers two-, three-, and four-person furnished units, all with single occupancy bedrooms with doors that lock, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and living room. All bedrooms are acoustically private. We have a designated freshman floor, as well as units reserved for seniors/graduate students, as well as sophomores/juniors/transfer students. 1237 WEST offers 24-hour front desk security, on-site management and engineering, and building RAs. We FREE have on-site laundry, and a 24/7 resident-only fitness center on the first floor of the building, along with study areas, a bike room, and great first floor retail, including Starbucks.
