Fridge and stove are NOT included with rent.
Washer Dryer hookups are in the unit.
Utilities are NOT included. **Sugar Creek properties require an additional utilities deposit of $900**
Pets are welcome with a nonrefundable deposit and month fee: Large dogs over 50lbs are $300 deposit and $50/month per pet. Small dogs and cats are $150 deposit and $25/month per pet. Service animals are allowed at no cost but we must have proper documentation on file.
McBee Properties does accept housing vouchers.
