This a shared living situation. I am seeking respectful, clean, and considerate people to join our co-living space. The common areas stay clean, guests are limited to respect each others space, and daily quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Everyone is friendly but, we hardly see each other due to different schedules.

Laundry is in unit & the kitchen and common areas are fully furnished — you just need to furnish your room.

The location is off of Federal and Hampton making it super convenient to access all major highways, lightrail/bus system, the mountains, red rocks, Denver downtwn, etc. Grocery stores and a sorawling outdoor mall are just minutes away.

The qualifications are steady employment, at least 2x income to rent, great landlord references, and a clean background check.
