We are male roommates, in their forties, with two small dogs, looking for a quiet, clean, and respectful 3rd roommate. Located in Silverado Ranch, on a 1/2 acre, the property is gated and has security cameras.
This room has a semi private entrance, semi private 1/2 bath next to room, and a shared full bath. The room's dimensions are 12'x13' and has a closet with built-in organizer. Housekeeper comes one time a week. Room has carpet. Common areas are wood floors. We don't wear shoes in the house. 1st month's rent and a deposit equal to 1st month's rent + $50 for keys and gate remote will be required upon lease signing date. The deposit will not be used for last month's rent. Some kitchen cabinets, pantry shelves and space in the laundry room are available. A refrigerator in the garage is provided for tenants. $15 per month additional for personal refrigerator.
