Looking for three female students to rent three bedrooms in a nice, spacious, and clean 4-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home, affordably priced and conveniently located near the University of Findlay campus (just down the road from the UF President's house). Interior is fully refurbished with new flooring and fresh paint throughout. There is also a 12'x9' deck off the back of the home. Renters will share the property with my daughter who will be a Junior for the 2025/2026 school year. She will be occupying the 4th bedroom at this property.
Rent is $425 for each of the 2 larger bedrooms for single occupancy. One large bedroom is approximately 14'x14' and the other large bedroom is approximately 15'x12'. Rent is $375 for the one smaller bedroom (approx. 10'x9' plus a 8'x3' walk in closet.) Rent includes shared access to all other parts of the property inside and out. Rent does not include utilities which will be equally shared by all tenants.
The house includes central air conditioning and all appliances including: washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, garbage disposal, and range,. There are two separate living areas: a downstairs living room as well as a 12'x11/' loft area upstairs. There is off-street parking (without blocking others in) for 4 vehicles. There is also a detached storage shed. No pets. Chill, low key atmosphere. Garfield Avenue is a low traffic street, a short walk or 2 minute drive from the U of F campus.
