To schedule a tour, you must be an approved applicant. Apply on the website and call 336-446-0111 to schedule the tour. The application fee is $50 per applicant over 18yrs. If you are not approved, we will refund $20 of the application fee.

Please note: There is a $100 processing fee for all assistance programs once the application is approved. The processing fee will be used towards your first month's rent once all documents are approved and move-in occurs. If move-in falls through the $100 processing fee is non-refundable. This includes Section 8, Graham Housing, HUD, Vaya, Community Link, etc.
