*bbq/swing daybed, in the backyard to have get togethers or just chill w/a movie outdoors (we got a projector)
*fruit trees guavas, apples! And soon nectarines, persimmons, and limes!
*Plenty of street parking right in front of the house!
*quite considerate roommates who socialize with you if that's your vibe!
*room is unfurnished/semi furnished if needed.
*super central. Everything worth anything in SD to do is within 10-20 minutes away. Hillcrest, PB ,MB, Northpark, Downtown, military bases.
*plaza bonita mall is 4 mins away!
