The tenant is responsible for the maintenance and utilities(water, electric, internet, etc.) of the property. This includes lawn care. Upon move-in, the tenant transfers electric/water to their name.

Monthly income must total $4k or more(Proof of income must be provided with 3 recent pay stubs or bank statements)
