Residence has tiled flooring. Central cooling and heating. Dishwasher and laundry in unit. Tenant is responsible for paying utilities. Lease March 17, 2023 - July 31, 2025 with option to continue with a one year lease August 1st. Location is 1.5 miles (4 minutes by car) from Walmart and also 4 minutes from the KU campus.

Landlord may allow month-to-month until July 31st.
One year lease will begin August 1st.

Note - dogs are not permitted out of respect for the neighbors. Generally cats are acceptable more so than any other animal. Must be approved by landlord.
