Cardinal Group Management is expanding their college rental resume with three new developments. The largest acquisition for the Denver-based group was of the Lindell Strip in St. Louis, a housing community for students of St. Louis School of Medicine, St. Louis University School of Nursing, St. Louis College of Pharmacy and St. Louis University School of Law. The active community includes 656 beds, a full fitness center, clubhouse and business center, as well as a rooftop pool, four garages, and a bowling alley.
