Welcome to Woodland Court Apartments in Raleigh, North Carolina! Woodland Court enjoys an ultra-convenient on Gorman Street in the heart of Raleigh. Our community lies just minutes from NC State University, I-40, and local shopping centers and restaurants.

Our beautiful apartment community features the largest apartments on Gorman Street set in a relaxing wooded atmosphere. We offer expansive 1, 2, and 3 bedroom floorplans, including 2 bedroom townhomes. All of our homes feature fully-equipped eat-in kitchens. Woodland Court Pet Policy

We are a pet friendly apartment community! The pet fee is $200 (non-refundable) and the pet rent is $18/month/pet.
We do not accept certain breeds of dogs or mixes of the following breeds including: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, and St. Bernard. Snakes, spiders, ferrets and iguanas are NOT allowed due to liability reasons.
The following non-traditional pets ARE acceptable: Turtles, Non-poisonous frogs, Domestic hamsters, Hermit crabs, Gerbils, Small domesticated birds, and Domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.
