Inviting 1, 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans with optional dens offer you the space you need with plenty of closets, two storage units, and large rooms throughout the home. (Check out the room planner to decorate your new home). All homes are neutrally decorated with beige carpet, almond appliances, oak cabinets and eggshell white walls or if you wish, you may select a designer color for one wall.

Deposit Information

Two options:

Security Deposit of $400.00

Security Deposit of $100.00 with purchase of $87.50 SureBond (which is non-refundable)

Walden Pond Pet Policy

We are the only apartment community in Lynchburg that accepts 3 pets per home with a combined weight limit of up to 80 lbs. Breed restrictions apply as well as the following deposits and fees:

$100 Pet deposit
$200 Pet fee
$10 Monthly Pet rent (per pet)
