$500 deposit for both one and two bedroom apartments.

Walden Pond and Gables Pet Policy

2 pets allowed per apartment home
$200 Pet deposit for 1st pet and additional $100 Pet deposit for 2nd pet (refundable, depending on damages)
$200 Pet fee for apartment home (non refundable)
No monthly pet rent
Weight limit is 40 pounds
No aggressive breeds allowed: Rottweilers, German Sheppards, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Malamute, Huskies, Great Dane, Wolf hybrids, or mixes of any of the above mentioned breeds.
