Virginia Highlands Pet Policy

$125 non-refundable fee plus $20 pet rent for 1 Dog or 1 cat, $225 non-refundable fee plus $40 pet rent for 2 animals.
2 pets per apartment
Some restrictions, All breeds of dogs at least one year old, except for pure breeds or mixed breeds of any of the following: Akita, Alaskan malamute, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, PitBull Terriers (includes all PitBull breeds-American PitBul Terriers, Bull Terriers, American Bull Dogs and Presa Canario), Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, and Wolf Dog Hybrids.
