Each individual has their own lease and never has to worry about anyone else's half of the expenses! We also provide a furniture package for our residents for the entire apartment. With utilities and furniture included in every apartment, our gated community also provides access to all of the community amenities. The 24 hour clubhouse offers wireless internet throughout the clubhouse and pool areas for the convenience use of laptops and other electronics.
