Valentia Pet Policy

*Valentia Accepts up to Two Pets per Apartment. Dogs are Limited to Restricted Breeds and Permitted only in Predetermined "Dog Locations" while Cats are Accepted Throughout the Property. Pet Rent is $25 a Month per Pet. Pet Deposits are: $350 for 1 or 2 Cats, $500 for 1 Dog, $650 for 1 Cat and 1 Dog or $800 for 2 Dogs.
