The property is near the University of Miami providing a great location for college students! Access to the Metrorail and many bus routes so there is no need to own a car.

The location has many amenities such as a gymnasium, pool, barbecue area, and Internet cafe for those who must find the peace and quite to study or just relax. There is also a billiards room for those times when you just want to have fun.

The property is secured by card access and there is security and a concierge seven days a week.

Deposit Information

Application Fee: $100 per adult applicant over the age of 18 (non-refundable)
Security Deposit: Furnished: One month's rent 1 Unfurnished: $1000 (Refundable)
Annual Lease Administration Fee: $200 (non-refundable)
Access Device: $50 for each additional (Non-refundable)
Additional Parking Spaces: $150 per month per space (one space included per unit)

RESIDENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING RENTER'S/LIABILITY INSURANCE
PRIOR TO TAKING POSSESSION OF THE APARTMENT
Residents are responsible for the following utilities:

Move in/out Furniture Delivery Deposit: $500 (refundable after inspection for damages)

$350 non-refundable pet fee per pet
$15 monthly pet rent per pet
Maximum of two (2) pets not to exceed a combined weight of 60 pounds
