Uptown Village at Townsend Pet Policy

Maximum of two indoor pets per apartment, not to exceed 50 lbs. The prohibition of certain aggressive breeds includes dogs with any percentage of said breed listed here. This prohibition is not only for pure breeds but for any mixture of combination thereof. These breeds include but are not limited to: Pit Bulls, Akitas, Chows, Rotweilers, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinchers, Dalmatians and any animal known to these breeds by any other name.
