University Square Pet Policy

Two (2) pets per apartment not to exceed a total of 100 lbs.

Breed restrictions include, but are not limited to: Akita, American Bulldog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepard, Mastiff, Olde English Bulldog, Presa Canario (Canary Dog), Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Dalmation or any mix of these breeds.

Restricted Pets: The following pets are not authorized No Snakes, Lizards, Sugar Gliders, Flying Squirrels, Chinchillas, Ferrets, reptiles, amphibians, rodents or venomous animals of any kind.

Pet Deposit and Fees:
*$450.00 deposit ($200.00 non-refundable) for a pet over a year old.
$600.00 Deposit ($300.00 non-refundable) for a pet under a year old.
*$10.00 monthly pet fee(Per Pet)
