This is not surprising since U.P. occupies one square city block literally right next door to Baylor which arguably is the most desirable and most convenient location adjacent to Baylor University. This strategic location makes most on campus destinations easily accessible either by a short walk, a fast bike ride or perhaps a free shuttle hop away.

University Place Apartments however is far more than just its prime central location. We are also very proud of the reputation we enjoy as being a very attractive and very well maintained property. Residents and parents alike usually say that with its beautiful shade trees, lush landscaping and front porch swings U.P. really "feels like home".

University Place Apartments is also extremely well managed. In fact, Alice Wingrove, our on site manager, has consistently provided such a friendly and personal level of service for the residents of University Place that she has justifiably achieved the reputation of being a kind of surrogate mother to generations of Baylor students.
