We take a different approach to student housing.

We think our tenants should enjoy all the comforts of home, and spend their time on the important things...maybe even studies.

So our units are totally furnished and fully accessorized, eliminating many of headaches of moving, and making us the most sought-after student housing in Athens.

We offer 4 bedroom floor plans as well as a limited amount of studio and 2 bedroom units, each featuring attractive furnishings and an essentials houseware package including dishes to dustpans, shower curtains to skillets, and mini-blinds to measuring cups.

A beautiful outdoor pool with plenty of sunning area, landscaped courtyards, and our Community Clubhouse provide fun and informal gathering places for residents.
