By-the-Bed Leasing Information:
By signing a By-the-Bed lease agreement, you assume responsibility for your portion of the rent only, and will not be penalized if your roommate does not pay their rent on time or at all.

If you have an open bedroom, we can match you with a roommate. There can only be 1 occupant per bedroom.
