Tiger Towne Village offers the BEST duplex houses in town! Each duplex offers private three-bedroom /three-bath floor plans with private yards and parking.

Tiger Towne also has a Club House, which includes a multi-purpose social room that can be reserved for events, patio at each duplex, swimming pool, and basketball and volleyball courts. Each unit has individual mail boxes and high-speed internet.

Deposit Information

Deposit is equal to one months rent.

Tiger Towne Village Pet Policy

Pets are welcome. There is a $250 nonrefundable fee, a $20 per month pet rent, and a signed pet agreement.
