Tiger Plaza is a gated apartment community, located less than 1 mile from the LSU campus and is on the LSU bus line. The property offers both regular district apartments and apartments in our very special Study District. Study District apartments are separate from the rest of the property and are the perfect location for the more serious student. Expanded cable and high speed internet are all included in the rent. Each apartment is furnished with washers and dryers (not just connections) and a monitored intrusion alarm system. We now have upgraded apartments available as well. Our upgrades are equipped with wood flooring, stainless steel appliances, and new fixtures! We accept large pets (certain restrictions for breed) and even have a fenced pet park on the property so that your pet can run and play. This makes the adjustment to apartment life so much easier for both you and for your pet.
