About The Tennis Club student apartments
One bedrooms and two bedrooms. See our floor plans. All with storage included. We are located in a quiet residential area of South Davis across the street from private homes. The UCD shuttle stops at our door. If you like, you may join the Fitness Club next door. Our seventy five foot pool is the largest in the area and is surrounded by lushly landscaped grounds. We have, bright spacious one bedroom, two bedroom, and two bedroom two bath master plans. All our apartments feature new double pane windows and sliding patio doors to save you money year round in heating and air-conditioning. We have cost efficient central air conditioning for your summer comfort. Not the expensive to run, loud, individual air-conditioner units (that can keep you awake at night) stuck in walls and windows seen on most apartments in Davis. Each apartment comes with storage and assigned, covered parking. The UCD shuttle stops at our door twice an hour. The two and a half mile ride to the campus is one dollar.
