The Pinnacle Pet Policy

We have a no breed restriction or weight limit policy. Please note however that we will not approve any dog who has a known history of agressive behavior. Our feline companions are also welcome. We call our oversized windows "kitty t.v.".
All dogs must be walked on a leash unless they are in our dog park area and we insist that all pet owners clean up after their dogs. For your convenience there are doggie stations throughout the community.

Our pet deposit is only $200 and is fully refundable providing their is no damage or balance due. There is also a $100 one time fee. Pet rent is $15 per month.
