The water bill is $20 - $30 per month and is due with your rent payment on the 1st of each month.

The Pines of Lanier Pet Policy

A pet is allowed with some restrictions and a non-refundable pet fee of $250. there is also a premium of $10 per month added to the rent. Pets are welcome with no weight limit!! We can not allow any aggressive canine breeds such as: chows, bulldogs or rottweilers.
