We offer spacious 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartment homes ranging up to 1,302 square feet. Our homes boast enclosed sun rooms or open patios, fully equipped kitchens, walk-in closets, exterior storage spaces, and washer/dryer connections.

The Meadows is situated on 33 lush acres with large shade trees that provide fantastic picnic areas. Our extensive amenity package includes 2 pools, 2 lighted tennis courts, business center, 24-hour fitness center, and a car wash area. We also have resident functions throughout the year so you can get to know your new neighbors.

The Meadows Pet Policy

We are a pet friendly apartment community! We are pleased to accept up to two pets per apartment with a 90 lb weight limit. A non-refundable pet fee is required for the first pet of $350 and $150 for the second pet. The monthly pet rent is $10 per pet.

We do not accept certain breeds of dogs or mixes of the following breeds including: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, and St. Bernard. Snakes, spiders, ferrets and iguanas are NOT allowed due to liability reasons.

The following non-traditional pets ARE acceptable: Turtles, Non-poisonous frogs, Domestic hamsters, Hermit crabs, Gerbils, Small domesticated birds, and Domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.
