Come experience fully loaded college living at The Grove, the ultimate home for college students. The Grove offers spacious, fully furnished 2 and 3 bedroom apartments complete with full kitchen (including a dishwasher and garbage disposal) and washer and dryer. Each lockable bedroom has its own private bathroom and walk-in closet. Individual leases are by-the-bed and monthly rent includes cable, internet, and utilities (up to $30 monthly for electricity).

The Grove also features the ultimate gathering spot at its clubhouse complete with tavern-style game room, coffee bistro, Harvard-style library and computer center, fitness center and tanning booths. Take it outdoors and enjoy the pool, volleyball and basketball courts, and the outdoor bbq grills and firepits.
