The Forest is tucked away on twenty beautiful acres in Duke Forest. When you live at The Forest, you have direct access to walking trails in Duke Forest. You can also enjoy our refreshing swimming pool, a twenty-four hour fitness center, and two tennis courts. You will feel like you are on vacation with so many things to do! And even though you are surrounded by the gorgeous Duke Forest, you will only be five minutes from Duke University and Medical Center and The Forest is on the bus line to Duke!

Deposit Information

Each resident is required to pay a $100 deposit when they submit an application. After a credit check, you could be asked to pay up to one month's rent as your deposit. All deposits are refundable at move out assuming no damages have been done to your apartment home and you have no outstanding balances.

The Forest Apartments Pet Policy

The Forest's Pet Policy: There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $250 for one pet and an additional $50 for more than one pet. There is no monthly pet rent or pet deposit. The Forest does not allow aggressive breeds of dogs, poisonous animals, or exotic animals. Please call with any questions!
