The District on Luther provides you with a wonderful place to stay, and an even better place to study. Our computer labs and group study rooms are the perfect place to work on your classwork.

When it's time to relax you can enjoy the resort-style swimming pool or burn off some steam working out at the fully equipped fitness center.

The District on Luther is one of a handful of communities near campuses across the nation that utilizes a unique residence-life model designed to enhance the educational experience of university students. We have events for the residents several times a month to provide a social atmosphere.

At The District, we make sure our residents get much more than just a place to catch up on their sleep. We are committed to providing you with opportunities and amenities to enhance your perfect college experience!

Key to our Residence Life program are our trained, on-site Community Assistants who connect one-on-one with residents to foster connections among our residents and remain available when needed. Planned activities include pool parties, sand volleyball, and basketball tournaments, as well as movie nights, game nights, karaoke and much more!

Not far from each suite is a fully-equipped fitness center,tanning bed, sand volleyball, basketball & tennis courts, a resort-style swimming pool, study rooms and computer facilities with complimentary printing, faxing & photocopying.
