We are conveniently located three miles from Purdue University, and only minutes from downtown Lafayette and Tippecanoe Mall. The Bluffs is also conveniently located on the bus line and residents are "C" parking permit eligible.

Sitting atop fourteen beautifully wooded acres, The Bluffs' serene area reflects a home of beauty and relaxation, a place to get away from the stresses of everyday life. Our apartment homes have a feeling of warmth and comfort with spacious kitchens including walk-in pantries, large living and dining areas and over-sized master suites. There are also laundry rooms in each building, as well as elevators! The Bluffs also has controlled access entry!

The Bluffs Pet Policy

The Bluffs is pet friendly, however, there are a few breed restrictions: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid. There is a $150 non-refundable fee per apartment and $28 per month, per pet fee. Two pet maximum allowed per apartment, and a 70lb. weight limit. A Bark Park was recently added for all dogs to enjoy!
