The Bellevue House Apartments have been built, lived in, owned and operated by the Schrimpf Family since 1967. We are second-generation operators with a staff of 5, whose total years experience is over 142 years! The Bellevue Apartment has consistently maintained its place as Clifton�s premier rental community since our beginning. Our extra ordinary care of the property and beautiful gardening assures all that we are proud of what we do.

We have always enjoyed Clifton and the diversity of all of the students that attend the University. International students especially like the Bellevue House because they can count on a quality place to live when they arrive in Cincinnati. The students from U.C.�s Conservatory of Music also make good use of the sound proof construction with their melodious rehearsing. In fact we have been voted �best� place to live by our residents and our residents are the experts.
