Deposit Information

Deposit for a 1x1 is $450.00, for a 2x2 is $750.00

The Arbors Pet Policy

We allow one dog and two cats per apartment. Weight limit for dogs is 35 pounds, the dog deposit is $500.00 and the cat deposit is $250.00 for each cat.
