Scenic attractions of the San Marcos area include the natural spring-fed river of the Aquarena Springs, the earthquake created caverns of Wonder World and the excitement of tubing down the San Marcos River. For outdoor entertainment at Stadium View there is a pool and a privately decked hot tub surrounded by attractively landscaped grounds. $50 application fee
$25 cosigner fee (if needed)

Pet Policy

All pets must have management approval prior to move-in. A current pet photo is required. The pet must weigh at or under 35 lbs. and be housebroken. Pets are not allowed to run freely. Walking must be done on a leash and droppings must be picked up and disposed of properly. Pets, other than dogs or cats, must be approved by management prior to move-in. All residents must sign a "pet agreement addendum" to the lease and a pet deposit of $150.00 in addition to a one time non-refundable $150.00 pet fee is required.
