About Tenzen student apartments

The buildings that make up the Tenzen community surround a gorgeous woodsy park, which we are fondly calling the Central Park of Factoria. It's private though, accessible only to Tenzen's residents. Grill up a burger on the community grill, sit and read a book by the fountain or host a dinner party on the terrace in your own park.

Concierge Services

Need a little pampering? We can help. The Tenzen team offers a wide range of concierge services to our residents. From pet sitters to storage arrangements to home cleaning, we can take care of it! Ahh… Bliss.

Deposit Information

$250 deposit

Tenzen Pet Policy

Four-legged friends are welcome at Tenzen!

The Tenzen pet deposit is $500. Again, $250 of this deposit is non-refundable. The balance will be returned when we ensure that Kitty didn't use the doors as scratching posts.

Up to two pets are allowed per home (example: two dogs or two cats, or if you are brave, one dog and one cat). There is an additional $250 deposit if you have a second pet.

While we don't have a weight restriction on dogs, we're sorry, but we do have some breed restrictions. Not all residents are comfortable with some breeds of dogs and we want to be respectful of that. Please ask the property manager to see the list.
