$100-$300 deposit. $50 Administration Fee, $35 Application Fee, $20 Co-Signer Fee

Tanglewood North Pet Policy

Pets must be at least 1yr old. Pets over 30lbs.-$350 deposit+$150 non-refundable. Pets under 30lbs.-$150 deposit+$150 non-refundable. No aggressive breeds. Call for details.
