$200 deposit for one bedroom apts
$300 deposit for two bedroom apts
$400 deposit for three bedroom apts

Summit View Village Pet Policy

2 pets per apartment home. We currently have no weight restrictions however, All dogs must be at least one year of age!Pet Rent - $25 per month per pet. Pet Fee - Dogs are $150 deposit + $150 non-refundable fee and Cats are $150 deposit +$150 non-refundable fee. All Dogs must be interviewed by office staff prior to move in! We reserve the right to refuse any aggressive pets. We will need the following information about your pet: Breed, age, sex, weight, date of last rabies shot, city of license, license number and veterinary name and number.
