When we planned Summit Terrace, we wanted it to be a great place to live! So we built in the features people want most. Security is excellent. All of the apartments are 2 bedroom, full bath, living room, kitchen, and storage. Appliances are all energy efficient. There's a laundry room in every building. We even have indoor mailboxes so you don't need to go out in bad weather to get your mail.

Your rent includes comfortable oil heat, and you control your own thermostat. (Water and sewer are also included.) There's all kinds of storage space, and plenty of off-street parking. During the cold winter months prompt plowing and shoveling are also done for your convenience.
