As a resident of Stadium View you are five minutes away from the TX State campus - we are on the university shuttle bus route - and the historical downtown area is only minutes away from campus. For your shopping convenience the San Marcos Outlet Mall is only minutes from your home at Stadium View. Springtown Mall, HEB and Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union are also within walking distance.

Scenic attractions of the San Marcos area include the natural spring-fed river of the Aquarena Springs, the earthquake created caverns of Wonder World and the excitement of tubing down the San Marcos River.

For outdoor entertainment at Stadium View there is a pool and a privately decked Covererd Hot Tub surrounded by attractively landscaped grounds. Also, we give you free covered parking.

Stadium View Apartments offers the residents on site management and maintenance. At Stadium View we are here to make your community a comfortable home.

$50 application fee
$25 cosigner fee (if needed)

Stadium View Apartments Pet Policy

All pets must have management approval prior to move-in. A current pet photo is required. The pet must weigh at or under 30 lbs. and be housebroken. Pets are not allowed to run freely. Walking must be done on a leash and droppings must be picked up and disposed of properly. All residents must sign a "pet agreement addendum" to the lease and a pet deposit of $150.00 in addition to a one time non-refundable $150.00 pet fee is required.
