.Located right next door to Springbrook Park, and close by to McChord, Ft. Lewis, and Lakewood Town Center, Springtree Apartments are close to everything you need, yet still just off the beaten path! We have many fresh and clean one and two bedroom apartments just waiting for you! Our friendly caring staff is ready to take care of any office or maintenance needs and to ensure that living here is always a pleasure. We work with Section 8 too!

We have freshly refurbished apartments waiting for you. Apartment grounds are fully fenced with video surveillance. On-site are full time maintenance and office staff ready to serve you 24 hours a day. All parking is assigned permit only and carefully enforced.

Our apartment homes have a full-sized refrigerator, range, master bedroom ceiling fan, vent-hood, dishwasher, pantry, basic cable-TV/internet ready, patio, storage space, handy on-site coin-op laundry rooms, evening courtesy patrol, parking lots video monitored, children play area, office package receiving service, use of resident computer center, and more.
