South Meadow Apartments is a family owned business that has operated this property since 1977. We strive to please each and every one of our tenants. We enjoy getting to know our tenants to make their stay here as enjoyable as possible. We pride ourselves in our talented and prompt maintenance staff. South Meadow Apartments is located at 321 South 5th Street in Ames, Iowa. This is approximately one mile east of Iowa State University's Jack Trice Stadium. South Meadow consists of 198 units designed to meet your needs! We offer 1, 2, and 2+ bedroom floor plans. Each unit has access to coin operated laundry machines in their building. South Meadow has an office located on the property with office staff to assist you. We also have full time maintenance on the property. We are located on the blue CyRide bus route and have two bus stop shelters on the property for your convenience. There is plenty of off-street parking in our parking lot.
